Jason joined the Inspire Software team in 2015 as a Director of Leadership Solutions to help integrate leadership philosophy and introduce a new approach, Leadership as a Service, to the leadership development market. Jim has extensive experience facilitating and teaching leadership and management training courses and has delivered and designed training programs including: Jim has been a keynote speaker and presenter at multiple industry conferences on topics including: technology integration, curriculum and technology in the classroom, leadership development, information technology trends, cybersecurity and IT counter-threat strategies. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. Jim has also held executive positions in international software development, Public Education, Healthcare, the Department of Defense and technology startups. Prior to joining Inspire, Jim served as the CIO for La Jolla Bioengineering. Jim is the CIO for Inspire Software and is currently responsible for all systems data, cloud infrastructure, security, and client integration.
